Welcome to Techdigital (https://techdigital.space). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and audio services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Services
We provide professional audio services including recording, mixing, mastering, podcast production, sound design, and audio repair. Deliverables, timelines and pricing will be set out in a proposal or email confirmation.
3. Quotes, pricing & payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- We may request a deposit to schedule work; the balance is due on delivery of the agreed files.
- Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection costs as permitted by law.
4. Revisions
Unless otherwise agreed, projects include at least two rounds of reasonable revisions requested within 14 days of initial delivery.
5. Client materials
- You represent that you have all rights to the audio and materials you supply.
- You grant us a limited license to use supplied materials solely to perform the services.
- You are responsible for backing up your original materials.
6. Intellectual property
- Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables as specified in your proposal or email confirmation.
- We retain underlying project files, session data, and know‑how unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We may reference your project in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in advance.
7. Cancellations
If you cancel after work has begun, you agree to pay for work completed and any non‑recoverable costs.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your materials and briefs as confidential. We may sign additional NDAs upon request.
9. Warranties & disclaimers
Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes (e.g., chart placement, platform editorial placement).
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the total fees paid for the project giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and applicable EU law. Courts of Vilnius have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date.
